Student Engineering Club of King Khalid University has inaugurated youth program called " Sawaleef ". The occasion took place in the presence of the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Meraia bin Saad Al-Habash, who emphasized that the university would leave no stone unturned in the effort of providing students with necessary services in various areas in general, and in students' activities in particular. The Dean also thanked Engineer Osama Ben Yahia Msheebh, the Student Activities Leader of the Engineering Faculty for taking care of the students' activity, besides the excellence of The Engineering Students Club that has been witnessed recently. Al-Habash wished them success in forthcoming events. The program began in the presence of the main guest to the inauguration, who came form Sawaleef program, Pilot Captain Abdul Bari Al Abdullah - the captain and coach of Asir paragliding team who is also a board member of the Saudi Air Sports Federation. The Captain spoke about paragliding hobby and difficulties that one may encounter, which in turn contributed to the refinement of this hobby. After that Al Habash launched WhatsApp Service for the Engineering Club. The service was launched by the student activities of the Faculty in order to enable the student to reach what he / she needs in different areas. At the end of the inauguration, the Dean of Student Affairs and the pilot Captain - Abdul Bari Al Abdullah - received a commemorative shield.
